Dr. Simon Platte is a former PhD student of the group, having defended his doctoral thesis in 2024. His research focused on the synthesis and biological evaluation of piperidine-3-carboxamides and acylated 1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-amines as inhibitors of human blood coagulation factor XIIa. He is currently working at Eckert & Ziegler.
